(1) The rapid increase in the number of cars and the increasing fuel consumption year by year have gradually brought environmental problems to people's attention. Olefins and aromatics are important components of gasoline and have become important quality indicators in gasoline specifications.
(2) This method determines the volume fraction or mass fraction of saturated hydrocarbons, olefins, aromatics, and benzene in gasoline. These data provide important means for monitoring the process status of refining units. It is very important to determine the blending ratio of gasoline and understand the quality characteristics of different types of gasoline.
Working principle:
(1) The main components of gasoline are hydrocarbons. Due to the high response value of hydrocarbons on FID detectors, our company adopts dilution method. After diluting 0.1uL of the sample, it enters the gas chromatograph and passes through a stainless steel chromatography column. Fatty hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons are separated, and fatty hydrocarbons enter the analysis column. The olefin component is adsorbed by the olefin analysis column, and saturated hydrocarbons enter the FID detector for detection through the olefin analysis column.
(2) After the detection of saturated hydrocarbons is completed, the six way valve is driven, and the benzene and non phenylaromatic hydrocarbons in the chromatographic column enter the FID detector for detection. At this time, the analysis chamber is heated up. After the non phenylaromatic hydrocarbons * pass through the chromatographic column, the six way valve is driven to release the olefins adsorbed in the olefin analysis column and detect them through the FID detector.
